What is the name of this weapon? I've seen in it movies like The Mummy Returns, carried by some of the jackal warriors. Here is my crude Paint recreation of it by rearranging a double axe (I'm on a laptop).

You could call it an Egyptian Axe.
Nothing. It is a fantasy creation. The idea of double headed polearm weapons is pretty silly from a technical point of view. It negates much of the advantage of having a weighted weapon head (impact increase from leverage) and makes for an unwieldy weapon that is dangerous to the user. Heck, most bladed weapons in the ancient world didn't even have a double edge- it takes alot of work to hone an extra edge on the same blade and reduces the life of the blade (double edges mean twice the wear and resharpening). Things like double bladed axes are about as historically accurate as vikings running around with big horns bolted to their helmets (IE not at all accurate). This kind of stuff is good for flashy shows/movies, or possibly a ceremonial device, though.

Historical Egyptian weapons include the eye axe, the khopesh, and possibly a war adze (most adzes seem to be designed for woodwork, but war adzes may have existed). Additionally, more common weapons like spears and clubs were also used.
