I should submit mine in, these guys have like just a little bit of hair and I'd hate to play a game that won't let a dude have dudely (lol dudely) long hair. I'll send something in soon.

PS:

If that photo works for you then feel free to consider it a submission. My ethnicity is "standard white dude" and my age is "old enough to have had a beard for many years". I'd give you a more recent picture with different lighting if I had access to a camera, but I trust your ability to take the facial structure and apply different lighting. If you do choose to use it, I'll try not to be terribly disappointed by your treatment of my eyebrows. My email is my key at gmail.

As for the three you've posted, the first and the third look good, but the one in the middle has some major color issues. It looks like he's got toothpaste smeared all over his face.
