You should check out Dragonball Generations. It's possibly the best DBZ Game I've ever played on here. It's slow as for progressing, but it gives it more of a realistic feel, instead of just becoming ungodly powerful in the span of a few minutes.

Also, there are female genders for all species and you have an option to procreate, making even stronger offspring.
