As someone hit me yesterday, I suppose I should write up a more formal post about this, instead of letting it sly under the hood.

Per the request, I've done a few more things to facilitate a collaborative environment for Mantra.
I have my first design document, which was (and still is) a very rough idea of what I had planned to accomplish with this game. I don't see this being used for much more than a reference at this point, seeing it as disorganized as it is. Another one could easily be created when ideas coalesce more.

I ended up setting up some discussion forums for Mantra, where others can flame my horrible code and designhelp figure out what needs to be done, and perhaps take that one step farther and assign some tasks to get things done faster.

In addition, there's still a demo of the game for anyone interested in playing with the game mechanics I created .. a month or so ago? More information on that here.

The googlecode page is always there if anyone wants to check out what I have done already, or make critiques.
