,Discovery
In the early six-hundreds, a book was discovered, named the Book of Abraham. Mankind had now gotten proved the existence of demons, and magical entities. Several more scriptures and prophesies, such as that of Enoch was also discovered, but it soon became clear that magic such as this was far too dangerous. All uses of it was banned, and the possession of such books were also forbidden. Anyone who used magic from this point, or possessed such books, would be burned on the holy cross in the name of God. Even though people who did such crimes were hunted, some remained in the shadows, following the Demon's practice in silence, and thus, the traditions were passed on to some.

Prologue
It was a cold and not very welcoming night that Lord Ambrose of Blackpool decided to send for settlers to build a town in a very heavily forested location, some distance away from the growing town of Blackpool. The year was 1235, and villagers and settlers gathered to construct the future town of Abingdon. The mayor that was elected was John King, a man from a wealthy family of merchants, and he had a vision of this village becoming a grand one in the coming years.

The first few buildings very raised quickly, and soon, the village would be flourishing, due to it being recently formed, which gave them the chance to experience an exponential growth of income and resources. Their main exports ended up being wooden planks, logs, and the likes, as well as weaponry, made by the skilled blacksmiths of Abingdon.
