GM Rules
1) No harsh judgements unless it isnt the persons first offense
2) No jailing because your mad
3) No giving ranks without owner or Co-Owner permission
4) No abusing of verbs (will be stripped of powers)
5) Only host a chuunin when there are 2 or more chuunins (or unless a party is given with permission of Owner or Co-Owners)
6) No changing ANYBODY'S ICON unless they are in Akatsuki or Sound Org.

4) ONLY 12 ANBU'S
5) NO GIVING ANBU, ANBU-CAP, OR SANIN RANKS JUST TO GIVE JUTSUS (also dont do it for yourself. If O&C or either one find out, you will be banned)
6) Dont abuse powers. Remember your a kage not a GM. Help YOUR village. (unless you also have GM)
7) Dont allower village hoppers so they can just get jutsus
