*when you attack Hollow you up your Reiatsu so if you will go to Soul Society after Attackin Hollow the Shinigamis will attack you(if you are a Human) and its work same when you attack Shinigami then the hollow will attack you back*

now you can became a shinigami at the Earth Shinigami Teacher so you wont die in Soul Soceity but beware you cant choose there shikais with Bankai and you dont get Stat Boost
