3)Do not spam jutsu, unless it's meant to be spammed. This includes bunshins.(Boot then ban)
4)Do not summon more then 1 puppet at a time, because it causes lag. Make sure to press Kill Puppets in the commands tab when you want to get rid of them. DO NOT KILL THEM YOURSELF!(Boot then ban)
5)Do not constantly beg for a Chuunin Exam. We will be having scheduled Chuunins.(Warn, Warn, Boot, Ban)
6)Do not wear kage clothes unless you are a kage.(Boot, Ban)
7)Do not advertise porn/hentai under ANY circumstances. If you do, you will be banned from the game PERMANENTLY! (Instant Ban)
8)No AFK Macroing. (Warn, Boot, Ban)
9)I do not mind swearing, but try to keep vulgur under control. (GMs decision.)
10)Do not ask for GM. I will be adding a forum for that. At the moment there are no slots open, so don't bother asking.~See GM section.~(Warn, Boot, Ban)
11)Do not disrespect a GM. I understand the concept of them earning your respect, so you don't have to respect them if you don't want to. Just don't DISrespect them.(GM's decision)

GM Rules:
1)When punishing a player/other GM thats breaking rules, follow the guidelines for the punishment that are in parenthesis next to it.(Warn, if it continues, GM Removal)
2)Do not make anyone a Chuunin/Genin if they didn't go through the exam, even if they remade.(Warn, GM Demotion at next update, GM Removal)
3)These rules apply to the host and owners as well!

Kage rules:
1)You must be on the game on a regular basis. If not, you are neglecting your Kage responsibilities. If you know you are going to be gone a few days, notify the Creator or an Owner before leaving. Excuses will not be accepted after the offense, only BEFORE.
2)Do not declare war more then three times a day.
3)Only 3 Sannins allowed.(Notify the Creator when you make a Sannin. Have the username available.)
4)Only 2 ANBU Captain allowed.(Notify the Creator when you make an ANBU Captain. Have the username available.)
5)No more then 3 ANBU allowed.(Notify the Creator when you make an ANBU. Have the username.)
6)Only 1 Medical Captain and 1 Security Captain allowed.(Notify creator when you make one. Have the username.)
7)No more then 3 Medicals and 3 Securitys allowed. (Notify creator when you make one. Have the username.)

1)Only Kages, GMs, and Owners can have faded names. The reason for this is to allow users to differentiate between Players and Admins/VIPs. It also helps prevent unnecessary lag in OOC.
2)Your name can't be made into big text.
