This is set in the VERY distant future, where civilisation has reverted to just before the middle ages level of technology due to the mistakes of the past. They unleashed within themselves a power, the power of transformation. Mainly this was a large fire-breathing dragon, but other forms were discovered. Soon, humans bent on the powersurge of the dragon became permanently possessed, and only the new warriors of the future can hold the power to destroy them...
