Player Rules
1. No academy killing
2. No spam killing
3. No spam messages
4. No asking for GM/Admin
5. Don't ask for chuunin exam unless 4 or more people need one
6. Respect staff members and other players
7. Don't ask for hidden jutsu requirments
8. Abusing bugs will be severely punshed, if you find any, report them to a staff member immediately
9. Don't complain about the game
10. Report to a staff member if players are not following these rules
11. No Naruto character names unless granted by the Owner personally

GM/Admin rules:
1. Don't abuse your powers
2. Don't edit without permission
3. Don't ignore players if they have questions or need help
4. Don't summon/teleport kill
5. Don't argue with higher staff members, if you have a problem with another staff member, tell the Owner or Co-Owner
6. Don't play favorites when helping people
7. Don't start chuunin exam unless 4 or more players need it
8. Don't create anything that blocks areas especially in academy
9. Don't create items for other players unless they are missing something that they should have (ie. Hokage without the hat)
10. Just because you enforce the rules, doesn't mean you still can't have fun ^_^
Kage Rules:
1. Respect everyone even if they aren't in your village
2. Don't give ranks out for free(ie. they haven't earned it)
3. Don't give the same rank out multple times so they get more jutsu
4. Don't give out rewards unless they have actually earned them
5. Don't play favorites
6. Chuunin exam only if 4 or more people need one
7. Don't summon/teleport kill
8. Help your village as much as you can
