Well, if you're having an issue with hosting, or the available hosting isn't good enough (often can't run the game without it lagging), then why not ask Xirre maybe? he's been running this thing since last month, so maybe you could check it out.

I'm not sure that the whole payment thing is still carrying on... but i'm fairly sure you could still apply to get your game hosted.
