We feel as long as the game itself makes no profit, and poses no threat to our company we do not need to take action against it. Naruto and Bleach aren't properties of FUNimation. A representative of FUNimation ordered a cease and desist order not too long ago to Tom (BYOND owner) and told BYOND in general to refrain from listing games that refer to their Intellectual Property.

Rename all the skills(change them a little bit too, don't make them too identical to FTail), the name, change up the graphics a little and there! It could get listed. | |

BYOND never said you can't have a hub. You can still have your hub, but it won't be listed on the main site. You can have your game and your hub, but you will have to do your own advertising.
