Story
A turn based strategy RPG. Everybody wants a game on BYOND that they can go on everyday and not get bored because there is tons of stuff to do. A game as big as NEStalgia except with non-8bit and sound effects. An RPG with a great turn based battle system and tons of battle animations. Following the style of Final Fantasy games and the average MMORPG. Countless features and content. A great story line and a variety of character customization features.
The story line is about these gods that live in an ancient city that know all. One of the gods turn evil and lock the other gods away in temples because it has become more powerful than the others. The evil god creates a henchman of destruction. The world always produces a warrior strong enough to defeat the henchman and restore peace for a few years. The evil god recreates the henchmen and every time he is recreated he becomes more powerful. You are the next warrior to defeat the henchman, but you need a plan to end the cycle once and for all. You will destroy the evil god forever. But how?

I'm looking for a second pixel artist to help with the game. With two people to work on graphics, the game will get made twice as fast.

Yea, no I agree. Sounds like a solid enough story for game play, but I wouldn't call it a strong story at all. Has holes and is very surface level. That can be fine, so long as the game isn't thought to be story driven. Just one man's opinion.

Instead of killing them all quickly, he wants to create a slow and painful death for all.

Hmm, why doesn't the evil god just kill everyone himself? Whats the point of making a henchmen that keeps getting beat?
