I managed to get the old Dragon Warrior Quest source code functioning. I setup a discord server, hopefully some old friends and new will show up sometime!

Version 1.50 Rel. 4 NEWS:
Updated code to be compatible with newer version of BYOND by removing extraneous :'s in html_encode functions.
All sounds updated to utilize channels so not all music plays at the same time.
GM related changes.
Updated magic damage formula so it will hopefully scale better with INT.
Due to the side effect of this also increasing monster damage, the way monster INT scales has been adjusted.
Fix dumb attempt to correct enemy magic damage that prevented bouncing spells off enemies.
Trying to fix the bug that causes battles to freeze up.
Updated terrible Zouban dialogue the first time you fight him.
Added ability to change to Sage at Shrine of Rubiss with the books.
Updated Hero requirements from 226000 seconds to defeating the Dragonlord's Grandson.
Level up function reworked so that modified stats are no longer accounted for when leveling up. This includes the extra stats you gain from class changes. This means now you will gain stats from level 1 on every class change!
Updated the way classes work in the code, which allowed for a much easier transition for the above changes. It also removed hundreds of lines from the game code, and should allow me to remove even more later if I rework how other things function.
Fixed bug with healing spells not working on the world due to changes.
This is a MAJOR update to the game's code. If you notice any bugs, please report them on the BYOND forum or in Discord.
Seeds now capped for those who have not beaten the game.
This game is under constant development. Feel free to share your ideas.
To access the menu, press the 5 key on the number pad.
The Menu is also accessible in the Commands panel.
