This is my entry to the 2013 GiaD.

It took roughly 20 hours, with numerous long breaks/distractions throughout.

Your goal is to kill the dictator within whom you reside, by DEFILING his organs. Your microbial minions are there to help you.

UNITING will restore all of your minions to full health, but SPLITTING again will cost you some health which will only regenerate slowly.

Whilst in your UNITED form you have more health, deal more damage, and can hit numerous enemies at once!
