Tornoment Ruls:
1.On Chunnin tornoment can do everything!
you doing the test and then all on all the one left alive will be chunin NO RULES ON THE BATTLE!!!
2.Jounin tornoment: No fly\freeze\rest\blind
that can be 1vs1 2vs2 3vs3(if someone don't want to be in the team the host jounin will fail him!same the one dont want to fight.
3.Kage\Leader tornoment: 1vs1 Same as Jounin ruls.

GM and Kage rules:
1.No free ranks
2.Same as normal rules
3.No power abusing
4.Respect fellow players and Staff
5.No tele killing (teleporting to a player and killing him)
6.You dont have to accept Kage Challanges from people under the rank of ANBU
7.There maximum number of chuunins hosted in one day is 2.
8.Leader / Kages have to accept atleast 2 challanges a day.
9.Leader / Kage can only be challanged by someone in his village/organization, a staff member must watch the fight.
10.no summon/kill NPC
11.Can't kill someone from your vilage if he dont want a fghit/can kill member with out vilage.

Jutsus:
There are 5 elements, And every element has npc , to learn your elements jutsus you have to find them:
For first element you have to be at least genin and for second at least jounin.

Training:
Untill lvl 100 logs after lvl 100 you will have to kill ninja's, Every lvl you get 5 points and you can choose stat to raise.(Commands>Add_point)
