Ice:this elite uses Ice and water types only and must have atleast 3 badges
Grass:This elite uses grass types only and must have atleast 4 badges
Psychic:This elite uses Psychic and ghost types only and must have atleast 5 badges
Fire:This elite uses Fire types only and must have atleast 6 badges
Champion:The Champion can use all kinds of types but must have atleast 7 badges and beaten all elites

Gym Leader:lvl 70(must have 3pkmns of there type for or more there gym fights)
Elite 4:lvl 100(must have 3pkmns of there type or more for there elite fights)
Team Leader:lvl 85(must have 3pkmns of there type)
Elite Champion:Doesnt matter just get the badges and defeat elites
Tournaments are hosten when there are enough ppl on(6)and they all wanna join
