Jounin - Do Missions then ask Kage if you can be ranked up
ANBU - Do alot of missions
ANBU captain - Be the best of the Anbu Corps.
Village Kage - Lvl:80,Mostly all skills,
Akatsuki Leader - Ask to Join Akatsuki must be atleast a lvl 40 and be an A-ranked crimanl.
(Owner may do what they want but other staff must follow rules)
