Off topic, but your CSS displays very improperly when my browser window isn't maximized. Course, your billing system should definitely take priority ;)

All of the layouts made by Qubic have the same problem. On every single one the sidebar has been messed up in exactly the same way.

I've got to say, this is my first CSS with a side bar such as that used, so your kinda incorrect.

You or Chris Gayle have been making similar css layouts. All of his until the latest one had the same problem. Now his just isn't aligned on the bottom properly.
Shame shame shame....
Shame on him
I'm interested in hearing about your custom server plan if you still offer it.
Winscp wasn't working for 2 days! I messaged you like 10 times you never replied to fix it, So I never paid you because of that also I didn't ask you to pay for July, You offered.
Lie some more
o.o
So WinSCP not working for two days gave you the right to not pay for TWO MONTHS? Sounds pretty retarded to me.

Nobody else seemed to be having any trouble, maybe it was your fault.

It's people like you who are the reason why good BYOND hosting services go belly up so often.
To be fair, it was my fault that WinSCP. When I suspended his shell to get him to pay, and then brought it back up on the promise of him paying me, I only reinstated his panel access, not his shell access. That said, he never e-mailed me or qubic about it, he never paged me or qubic, he never came to chatters, he never posted a comment on this site or the blog, nor even the developer forums (which he has done in the past when trying to contact me, oddly enough). I also never offered to pay for his shell- it was shut down at the beginning of July for nonpayment, to which he whined and cursed at us, saying he'll pay. I told him that I would float him the money until he could pay (originally "tonight", then "a couple days", then "next week"), which he promised numerous times to do. There was no misunderstanding here. Again, my fault, but I was counting on a user who had a shell for several months to not stick us for the bill.

But keep on lying, Ryuk. Let me know when you get the collections notice, good thing Paypal stores addresses, huh?
The incentive for someone to pay is that if they don't, you'll stop providing the service to them. If they want to have the hosting service next month they'll need to pay for this month. Once someone doesn't need the service any more they have no reason to pay. If you're going to give people a one month grace period everyone will be able to get a free month out of you.

If you're not making a profit from this you can only get screwed. If you are making a profit you should require that people initially commit to large enough of a plan that you're guaranteed to profit even if they get a free month out of you.

The idea is for ATP to be non-profit. Regardless, he shouldn't be a so lenient.

There's a difference between being a non-profit service and being a service that doesn't make a profit. A non-profit makes a "profit", but this money is put towards the service you provide. There's nothing wrong with having a markup on the hosting if it ensures that the service doesn't go broke or rely too heavily on donations.

Fuck you ass hole, No they don't.

Also I did message Qubic I cursed him out saying Why the fuck in winscp down and then he refused to help me. That Shows ATP Offers horrible service. If it wasn't for Qubic Refusing to help me I would have paid.

Well isn't it bright to wake up in the morning to see:
"Why the fuck is my server not working? You fucking assholes!"

I had messaged you back requesting an apology before I help you, and as you apologised I passed the message on to Joe.

So again keep on lieing.
@Ryuk:
I live in the UK, you paged me while I was sleeping, and I had seen it in the morning, ever thought of the possibilites?

Also with your tendancy of lieing, I don't think anyone really believes what your saying, I've given my part of what happened and you've given your's.

Now as for you post about an iPhone app, why do you care what I do?
That's the good thing about making a mistake, you can always learn from it.

it's just that these kinds of situations never cease to amaze me, there's always one person that wants to take advantage of another person's trust.
pfft if that was me i would have told that nigga to give me my money up front
