Feval the squirrel from Feval has been shoved into a battle field against Alea from Jeet Kune Do! Will Alea's advanced martial arts skills take Feval down, or will Feval's exploding acorns give him the upper hand? You decide! Vote in the poll above for who you think will win in the fight. Last week's battle was a Tank from Tanks against a Bolo from Lode Wars.

I really enjoyed reading DC and Lummox debate which was better than the other in the comments of the last character battle. In the end though, it was the Bolo that came out on top!

Feval doesn't have a chance. The time delay on the explosion is way too long for Alea to *not* dodge it. Then, she'd quickly whip that squirrel's ass, who has no other technique than kicking around some acorns.

Feval wins.

Why? Feval is skilled at dropping nuts and then running.

Alea is not skilled at running at all. If there's one thing I learned from Jeet Kune Do is fight till the end and don't try to run away in the last seconds.

Alea will run in and Feval will drop the nut bomb in which Alea will be forced to run away from the nut bomb...Oh wait, but then again she could always jump over it.

Take into account the fact that all Feval can do is chuck about some exploding acorns, accompanied by Aleas crazy martial arts skills (and breasts), Feval doesn't stand a chance.

The only way he could possibly win is if his fans start throwing more acorns at Alea. (contest of favoritism :o)

Only because in JKD, running is not an optimal strategy- this does not imply that the characters themselves cannot run. The dexterity and speed required for the level of martial arts performed in JKD assure players that these characters can run, especially when confronted with an exploding acorn with a several second delay.

Alea could take on multiple Fevals and still not have a problem simply because of the delay involved with the explosion. Fevals have no experience with hand to hand combat.

tl;dr Alea kicks Fevals ass any day.

Alea loses because of Feval's height. Just like any fighting game, Feval is the cheap character who's so short that you can't hit him as he spams his combo attacks(in this case, nuts)

I don't think this is meant to be a video game. I'm pretty sure the point of this tournament is to see how the characters would perform if they were to encounter each other in a real life scenario, assuming they had the same abilities.

Also, JKD players can crouch. Feval cannot jump. Not to mention if you took into account the size of a squirrel compared to a human, then the size of the explosions of Feval relative to the squirrel, you're talking about something along the lines of a firecracker going off. Something I'm sure she could easily escape.

Here's another thought. She's a skilled martial artist. She could easily throw back or even deflect the nuts, given the delay.

The fun of that, and to get some blood flowing around here. Plus it shows off original games to players for them to try out.

Looking at the techniques each has at their disposal, this is a no brainer.

Sure Feval is small, but Alea has a slide attack that moves forward and hits anything on the ground.

Sure Feval can throw acorns, but skilled JKD players have learned how to bat projectiles back at their sender. Plus, Alea has a projectile of her own.

And what's this about Alea not being able to run? First, running away to heal is used often by good JKD players; second, Alea is the fastest character in the game. I'd bet she can cover more pixels than the Feval squirrels can in the same amount of time.

Lastly, Alea has this cool spin kick that is perfect for crushing nuts.

Of course, I'm looking at this objectively. No bias here.

Not only that, but she's making a come-back in the battle! One of the first of these battles to be a little more exciting and less predictable.
