I got banned because of bug

I got afk gained 1 when I was online and after 5 seconds I talk to 2 kage's but they didnt answer to me .. the second time right after this. I didnt stop to move 60 seconds and still I got it then I got banned because of this ...

I also had this issue... can someone Unban me please? this is unfair ... I spent so many hours stareing at my screen and wasted time..
