Descriptive Problem Summary:
every time i compile my game no .rsc file is made so it cant be hosted outside the source file

Workarounds:

You're going to have to provide more information than that, and most definitely a test case.
He's probably just trying to send the compiled .dmb to people, instead of actually packaging things.

Do you have a set of example files that produces this result?

That isn't what I meant; I was asking if you had a set of demonstration files that someone here could compile to try to produce the same result you're getting.

it seems when u dont code in a tech but make the attack obj it dosent want to make an rsc file till u actually code in the full tech
