Turn() for non-square icons

This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
It would be completely wonderful if Turn() could be applied to icons that were not perfectly square.

For instance, if an icon is 70x120 pixels and I were to use Turn(90) on it, I would be left with a 120x70 icon. Obviously, this would only work for cardinal directions.

As for now, I'm working on a workaround, but I haven't finished it yet.

Cropping an icon into a square, and then turning it, then cropping it into a rectangle will allow this feature request.

Wow, I can't believe this wasn't closed a long time ago. It only mattered because it was before all of the client-sided icon processing, matrix transformations, et cetera.

EDIT: That is, one transformation for the price of three was a lot more costly then.
