A safeguard built to prevent owning more than one house was behaving improperly. Fixed in version 2.83

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Bought a house on MJ, sold it to buy a new one. Now when I walk up to a house to purchase it, it doesn't show me a price for house or tell me I can purchase a house.
