Descriptive Problem Summary:
When I connect to a game, the splash screen is stuck. Though I've only noticed that it occurs sometimes. Also, closing the launcher(when you're already connected to a game) disconnects you from that game.

Every time? Or how often? Sometimes.
In other games? Yes.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? Untested.
When does the problem NOT occur?
If I exit BYOND completely and then boot it back up again.
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
Workarounds:
Clearing your cache or exiting BYOND.

I reported this issue in the past and recently started noticing again as well whenever I connect to Chatters.

Also, I would recommend checking your firewall settings. The splash getting stuck could be indicative of the pager and Dream Seeker not talking to each other.
