Descriptive Problem Summary:I tried purchasing a subscription for a subscription to the game teridal. When I brought it, an error code came up saying my transaction couldnt be processed and I STILL was billed.Proof:http://img714.imageshack.us/img714/2188/69025747.jpg. Can you resolve this? I am not payying for another subcscription.I am upset.

That transaction did not come through on our end (that is, we never received the $12). According to the picture you provided, it is "pending". Please contact the support for your gift-card to see what this status means.
