Hey, just randomly had the urge to start a new blog-post-series, You Know What Sucks? Or, Y.K.W.S for short.
In it, I will explain something which has either recently, or constantly been on my nerves for some reason or another, state the pros and cons, and end on why it sucks and should be put to rights.
I do hope you people reading this will respond with your comments. =D
Anywho, Issue One.
You know what sucks? Bad liars. Now don't get me wrong, a good liar is great, I personally consider lying to be a form of art, to be able to spin a tale of fantasy, and create realistic ideals that interlink with the subject, I myself am a perfectly good liar, and on an unrelated note, I have fourteen wives and my name is Tideous McHarlequin the Fourth.
But Bad liars are just terrible. And I'm talking about the really bad ones, the ones who go on about something as if they personally truly believe it, when it's so terribly horrible, that you almost feel sorry for them.
Take, for example, in a recent blog post by myself, Falcon Blac spun the tale that he (or she, as they are self proclaimed) was the owner and programmer of Naruto: Grand Online Adventure, just so that she could get my help programming. Does nobody else see the major flaw in that? The programmer of one of the most successful BYOND games, asking me, a small time, and particularly weak, programmer for help with a rip. Maybe it's just me.
Generally these types of people can't even use proper grammar, or speak enough English to teach a four year old Humpty Dumpty, and this just adds insult to injury. When I hear someone say:
"lul hurr i can srsly make u owner of all byond, if u just k0ad me a game k?"
It actually makes me feel ill a little. If they had put effort and time at least into the presentation of the lie, I might of been inclined to at least go along with it, even if only for shits 'n giggles. But no, it's like writing a pile of puke.
And that, dear viewers, is what sucks. Bad Liars.

You seem to be quite a bad liar yourself, but yes, BYOND is full of 11 year olds that have no time for grammar, reasoning, or logic.

Do you not believe my name or wives? Google me! I'm sure somewhere out there someone exists that's similar to what I said, uhh, I mean, I'm sure I'm on Google!

Actually, you're wrong Rush. The best liars are the ones who lie and actually believe whatever it is they're lying about. It makes it harder to detect if they're lying or not if you don't already know enough about what it is they're telling you.

The fact that you can't competently program or the fact that this blog post is quite useless and uninformative? |

Sorry, but I think I might of completely missed where it says any of that, or the proof for it? =p I never said that this was going to be useful or informative, so unless this was some kind of terribly ironic response, please just keep those comments to yourself. |
