Descriptive Problem Summary:
Macros don't get deleted properly

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Connect to any game, press F1 to open Options & Messages window, go to Client>Macros, set up few random macros, use mouse either shift key combo to select more than 1 macro, and press delete.

Expected Results:
Delete all selected macros

Actual Results:
Deletes only top-most macro

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time
In other games? Yes
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? Not sure

When does the problem NOT occur?
When multiple macros aren't selected

Workarounds:
Keep pressing delete till everything is deleted.
