My first time going thru a major heart surgery. Actually surgey period. Wish me luck am neverous as hell.

I'll tell you one thing about heart surgery here in the United States - thanks to having so many heart problems due to our diet, our surgeons have a lot of practice. You should pull through just fine.

Depression and nightmares are common side effects after major surgeries like this. And although you may want to sleep a lot, you wont regain your strength unless you physically do stuff (simple stuff such as walking is actually quite difficult to accomplish in the beginning).

It's a slow and rather painful road to walk, just remember, it's just as painful for those with you.
