Descriptive Problem Summary:
I want to upload my new Kizaru Icon but Walking States. I have one but not walking state but i keeps saying "You have already uploaded an icon using this file name"

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
I upload my icon, i change the name many times and even delete the Kizaru icon and it seems it doesn't work.

Expected Results:
Suppose to ask the Description.

Actual Results:
"You have already uploaded an icon using this file name"

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?: Everytime
In other games?: No
In other user accounts?: No
On other computers?: Yes if i use my account.

When does the problem NOT occur?
In my other account.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?
