Well first off, this has been out for a couple of days and therefore I'm late on posting about it. However for people who have not seen or heard about it I'll post it anyways.

Region name: Isshu

New Pokémon moves: Claw Sharpen, Trickery

The main city in Isshu region is called Hiun City.

Above: Silhouettes of the three 5th generation starter Pokémon.

Above: Pokabu is the Fire Pig Pokemon, its ability is Blaze, it stands 0.6 m (2 ft) tall, and it weighs 9.9 kg (21.9 lbs). The name derives from "pokapoka," which means "warm" in Japanese, and "bu," the sound a pig makes in Japanese culture (here it's "oink").

Above: Mijumaru is the Sea Otter Pokemon, its ability is Torrent, it is 0.5 m (1.6 ft) tall, and it weighs 5.9 kg (13 lbs). "Mijuku" means "immature" and "maru" means "round" or "ball."

Above: Tsutaaja is the Grass Snake Pokemon, its ability is Overgrow, it is 0.6 m (2 ft) tall, and it weighs 8.1 kg (17.9 lbs). "Tsuta" means "ivy" and "ja" is one way of saying the word "snake."

The picture below is of the two trainers you can choose to be in-game.

Also, there's a video of the female trainer walking around a city.

What we know so far:
~New full body shots of Pokémon in battles.

~That nurse joy is no longer at the Pokémon center, witch could mean that Black and White might take place in the Future or the past.

~There will be a mart in each Pokémon center.

~There are new chat bubbles.

~Zoroark has an ability called Illusion which allows it to change into different Pokémon, It is unknown how different it is from Transform.

~Trainers will be older than before.

~ The legendary for White is called Zekrom, and the legendary for Black is called Reshiram.

~The professor is female.

~Zekrom is Dragon/Electric, and Reshiram is Dragon/Fire.

~When you win a battle, a banner appears and says you won.

~Zoroark can learn a new attack called "Night Burst," which lowers the opponent's accuracy. It learns the attack at a high level.

~There will be 157 new Pokémon, bringing the total amount to 650.

~The only way to obtain Zorua is to download the movie Celebi from the theaters and trade it over to get Zorua.

~Black and white, good versus evil, and yin and yang are going to play a major part in the plot. However, unlike previous Pokémon games, the decisions and choices you make will "influence" the plot of the game. If you make "good" choices, you might get certain help or items, whereas "bad" choices could have negative effects. The point is that the plot will not be as cut-and-dry as previous games, changing depending on the player's actions.

~Tauros will have an evolution: Minotauros. It stands on two legs.

~Like how Giratina compliments Dialga and Palkia, a large, green cobra will accompany Reshiram and Zekrom.

Black and White Legendaries revealed.

Pokémon White's legendary

Pokémon Black's legendary

Pictures and Info from Pokebeach.
its ability is Torrent

A pokemon with abilities to easily and quickly pirate software and games!? I so want one! I hope it has a good internet connection!

That aside, Pokemon got really boring around Pokemon Crystal. I really only concentrated on Pokemon Red to be honest.

(I'm well aware that Torrent does in fact mean a rapidly flowing stream of water. It's a joke.)
Ohay Tib.

Even though some of this is a bit late, I'm sure many appreciate it, so thanks.

Other stuff

* Trainers will be older than before
* Zoroark has an ability called Illusion which allows it to change into different pokemon, It is unknown how different it is from Transform.
SmugLeaf
PigLite
Wotter

It'll change it's type etc to match the copied Pokemon, but allows it to retain all it's previous attacks? That'd be my guess.
I heard Emboar for the fire pokemon, Sax.
Pass. =)
Hah, Emboar is a pretty good one.

Yeah, I wonder how transform works. When it was shown it was shown that it was ACTUALLY transforming to the pokemon legendaries, which is interesting...
Emboar, and Smugleaf are fine, but what were they thinking when they went ahead with the design for Wotter?

I know, it looks so crappy. I like Emboar the best.
It looks really sloppy and the character design for all three starters is just ridiculous ;/. They should have ditch the pixel art part of it and make it all 3d or keep it all 2d the mix match thing doesn't work too well.Regardless I'm still buying it just because lol but it sucks that now I have to buy a new Pokemon game after heart and gold ;(

HG and SS were good, but i still find the original versions were better. Also I'm buying the new games as well, regardless if the new Pokémon look shitty. Well at least they have made the 3D effect look much better.
Clarification:

Right:
It looks like a game or a five year old.

Wrong:
"It looks like a game for a five year old."

Well if you think it looks like a game for five year olds then that's your opinion. Me personally i say the show is for five year olds. I find the games very addicting, even though it's the same thing for every game. (Train, battle Gym leaders, catch new Pokémon.)

It's meant to be that way,

Apparently someone didn't catch my pun.
Any how, normally Pokemon's target age audience is for people around 8-10, and well looking at these awful character designs and extremely awful presentation...All I can say is they probably lowered the target audience.

I Have to agree on this.

The anime is target for 8-10 years old the games, however, target a much older audience. If you just go to youtube and watch all the pokemon battles everyone there is at least 16 and up. Pokemon games are totally not meant for little kids. he in-game mechanics are way too complicated for a 8 year old to understand. And by in-game mechanics I mean how to properly train your pokemon ( EV train) how to breed correctly how to get the desired moves and so on. Now with the wifi pokemon thing, Pokemon got a whole new meaning. Now there is competitive battles all over the place there are now "pros" of Pokemon and strategy involed. If you simply stack your pokemon with rare candies to lv 100 and give him 4 attack moves, he is just going to get smashed when he fights online.
Gosh darn kids and there pokimanz
