Cheap indie games
You donate a price that you want to donate, and you get five games. That means you can donate anywhere from 0.01$ (though it's frowned upon) to 100$, or more if you choose, and you can choose where the money goes, too!
The games included in the deal are:
Penumbra: Overture
World of Goo
Gish
Aquaria
Lugaru
World of Goo is still pretty fun.
Penumbra is freakin' scary, and I haven't even gotten to combat yet.
Gish is pretty weird, so far.
Aquaria is probably my favorite so far - interesting concept/execution, and the art is also quite nice.
I haven't tried Lugaru yet, though.
edit:
If you buy the bundle above, you can buy the whole Penumbra series for -five- dollars (see popup window on right side of screen for more info). Yes, five.
Tib: read the edit quick, too. Someone had pointed it out to me and I didn't even notice! Thankfully, he did, because I'd've missed out on the other two Penumbra games D:

I don't know why I had to be quick about it. I can't participate until next Wednesday, so anywhere in between now and then would have sufficed. ;)
But yes, that does sound pretty cool. I'll be sure to check that out as well. |
You have to be quick about it because I said so >:(
One gigabyte download later.. |
Hm, judging by the counter up top, I might just scrape though and successfully get it. Otherwise, I'll have to hit up my brothers for some spare dollars on the day before payday.
Either way, I will be getting that Penumbra game. Even if it's at full price. <.< |
Me too. I've always loved gish and i kept playing the demo over and over again. Same for world of goo. Penumbra - Love scary games, never heard of Aquaria or Lugaru.

Oh, and if you don't know of it, be sure to check out gog.com. Lots of good old DRM free games there.
