Sucks for long distance truckers, then. Those poor saps will have to stop every couple of hours since they can't drink water while driving. It'll be even worse during those hot summer days.

It's legal to drink and drive a moped or scooter(vespa) here in NC. And I've rode my bicycle while intoxicated several times in my life.

Agree with anything motorized that could harm others though, that shit's not cool.
