Item loot :
Sometimes it is hard to click to loot an item, such as a rat tail. Also not everyone enjoys the keyboard/mouse playstyle.
Say :
I was lucky enough to have a Say macro set for all games as "V". This makes the game much more enjoyable as I do not have to move the mouse down and click to speak and then click again to go back to gameplay.
The F1 command still works and allows players to set their own macros, but perhaps you could list what the commands are, as I cannot find what command is for looting or targeting.

But for now here is a list of all the commands that are used.
UseQuickslot followed by a number between 1 to 12 for the action bar at the bottom of the screen.
Atk for attacking
AutoTarget for automatically targeting the nearest enemy.
Respawn for respawning when you die.
All of these are obvious in what they do.
ShowStats
ShowInv
ShowParty
ShowQuest
ShowSkills
Those are the only macros in the game. Everything else is handled in other ways, including looting and manually targeting something.
