Hello, everyone, and before I say anything about me, let's get something out of the way.
I'm a furry, that's right, I'm a furry, and I have no problems being one, nor do I have a problem with people not being one, or are. But for the love of Venus, don't just hate me because I'm a furry, to me a little bit, it's just a title of what I think of myself. It's kinda stupid that if I walk into a game, and some player says, "Ban the furry!" That's like being childish, and prejudice at the same time like you are hating me because I'm a furry, not because of my character, just being a furry. It's like, for example, hating someone because he is scientist, same difference, and again with another example, it's like a hating a policeman for just being one, same difference. I mean, it's even worse if you don't have a valid reason for hating one. It's like suing someone, but you don't even a have reason, or explanation for suing them. I mean, think about these words I'm going to type, 'Don't judge someone for what they are, but judge them by their character'.
Now, with that little segment over, let's go on to the main one. I'm CuteFoxBoy, and yes, it's a strange name. But, I would really sometimes change it to what my pen name is, and the name I use for my rp characters, Sirius Odin. The whole name means 'Scorching cheif god'. I'm a nice guy, and most of all, I'm mostly innocent so I don't like seeing an agruement happening anytime soon. I do try my best to please, may it being funny, or trying to make someone be happy, I will try at least. Be certain of this about me, I hate one someone doesn't listen if I'm a minihost, and the person who isn't listening gets banned for the reason it may be, mostly, rule breaking. I mean, if I tell you once, it's better to take heed of my word so you don't get banned, it's kinda stupid when people don't. Well, this is all I can say about myself, take care.

Many people hate other people for generalized reasons.
It's simple. If you oppose a trait about someone, you can generally determine that you oppose that person.
Most of the time, these generalizations are not well thought out, but that's practically by definition. Of course they're not well thought out. They're a device to simplify thought - to make it faster to come to an answer.
In this case, the answer just happens to be "I hate you."
But many people that do it, I think - I don't know this for sure, but I'd assume they'd have to - feel justified in it.
Think about it. Think about your thoughts on child molesters, murderers, or even prejudice people. You already think prejudice people are childish and foolish for their thoughts, for example, so I don't even need to talk about the first two, but think about how many people think evil of someone just because they are a child molester or a murderer.
They don't need any more information to hate that person. That's enough for most people.
Except I wonder if it's different with furries. I don't think furries are automatically hated because they're "evil" but because they're "weird" or "different."
If you haven't noticed, a lot of people don't like weird or different things. You should keep an open mind, but remember that things that are "weird" are essentially things that freak you out. Something about them is inconsistent with your view of the world. They literally oppose your preconceptions. Why would you want to befriend something like that?
Some people would, some people wouldn't, but I think most people fall somewhere in between - primarily since some forms of generalization are logically justified, it would be foolish to completely ignore them.
Some people just take them too far, but that's part of life, I'm 'fraid. :3
