To be honest, I found the Dragonball movie a fairly good movie IF you don't try and watch it, constantly thinking about the anime.
As a stand alone movie, it's fairly awesome. As a Dragonball movie, it's a pretty poo rendition of the anime.
I'm kind of anticipating The Last Airbender...
*prepares self for flaming*

I actually really enjoyed the series as a whole, and it ended(although predictably) in a very nice manner. I just hope shamalamdingdong doesn't destroy it, although I'm thinking he will.

Im looking forward to it aswell. From what ive seen it is perfect as far as the look goes, they even got Apa right. the only things i dont like with the film are the casting for obvious reasons, and the overly serious look Aang seems to have, compared to his cartoon counterpart.

No me importa. I'll base the movie off of the acting, not whether that cow hugger of a director is a white supremacist.
I don't really care that much either, I just saw it in my RSS and decided I'd share it.

FAG FAG FAG!!!! Just kidding. I actually liked Avatar too. My one problem was I didn't want to see it end the way it did, and the final showdown kinda didn't highlight Aing's(whatever) potential. To me he should had been a lot tougher.

I thought the last showdown was great. Aang Brought something new to the table at the very end, that no avatar before him could do. He has the power to take away bending. As far as his other abilities go,he IS still a child, avatar or not. Last battle was epic.

The ending was cliche, but was really good either way. I couldnt see it end any better than it did.

I thought it was a bit much, considering how every avatar before him took years and years to master bending, and he pretty much nailed it in a year. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but I preferred the recapture of Ba Sing Se and Zuko's final fight....Jesus I sound like a weeaboo here.

Well thats the thing about that battle. IMO he didnt seem to have mastered all his elements. He was just good enough. The fact that he has trouble with ozai in the first place is proof of that. It wasnt until he went into the avatar state that he really started displaying real power (and, the reason for that is obvious)
