Vexonater

I have added a new interface to the game, which will probably be tweaked over time. Among other things, I got rid of all verb panels, upped the max unit limit by 6 (to 42), fixed a few bugs, and worked on game balance (Bolt and Volcano should not be overpowered anymore). No new units this time around, but maybe expect something soon.

Merciless Warrior	The new interface turned out better than I expected. I think a few options are missing from the host window like max unit/cash limit, though.

Vexonater	Just fixed that. Also expect a background around the surrender flag and a few more small visual touchups in the near future to make it look as nice as possible.
