Finally.

I don't really have anything more to say then that. It's pretty self explanatory.

It's for Safeway again, this time not in the meat department. It's a standard front-end, customer service, frozen foods and night fill job. Nothing special, but an income is definitely better than what I'm making now.

So I guess when I get enough saved, I'll host some kind of BYOND Casual competition. With the prize being the standard $100.00 USD and a BYOND Membership for the winner, $50.00 USD and a BYOND Membership for the runner up, $25.00 USD and a BYOND Membership for the third place finalist and two BYOND Memberships for notable entries. Totalling (at this very second) $292.75 in prizes.

But that's a little while off. So start writing down ideas for Casual games. BYOND is in desperate need for more, and this competition, when I work it out, will be for completely original games from your own mind, no port of Chess will get you gold here. =)
now I can't call you a freeloading bum anymore :(
If I don't make $456.00 in the fortnight, the government will give me the difference 'cause I'm a Casual low income earner on Newstart. But that's very unlikely to happen.

Does that count? ;)
I havent been working as much lately so I can't talk, one of my jobs laid me off pretty much and now I'm only working on weekends. It sucks though cause now I have no healthcare and just had to "wait out" strep throat.
Congrats, Tibby.
And my universal healthcare took care of me for all my illnesses (none...) during my employment downtime. Ohhh yeah.

And cheers Fizzy.
Good job, welcome to having to work for the man. I had to pick up a second job at McDonalds(aka Hell on earth*) to pay the bills. In about two weeks you'll remember how much it sucks.

YAY global economy completely sucking.

*- It's listed as that in my phone
Good thing we just brainstormed one yesterday. Now we have more of a reason to do it =p
Tibby got a job. We proud of you Tibby. =D
I worked at safeway for /5 years/.

I liked it.

:/
Which department?
Deli/seafood.

I worked in that department for about a month. I left because I hated it more than you can imagine. Handling raw meat is definitely not for me.

I also had a co-worker who had worked there for ten years, but never actually advanced at all. So I was the new kid with the same rank as her, and she just wouldn't back down. Commented on everything I did, on my second day. I had no idea what I was doing, and instead of telling me what I should be doing, she continued on and on about how I wasn't doing it correctly. I actually stood up to her once, and was thanked by another guy who had worked there a long while.
