This issue may be low priority or very difficult to fix, and has been put on the back burner for the time being.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
When you bring the pager up from the tray, over a game window, it doesn't draw properly.

Its not very clear in that screen shot, but its not just parts of the pager being transparent. It basically gets the game window stuck on it and can be dragged around looking like that.

Is that a DS game window or some third-party game?
