Please edit your bug report. It's clear you meant version 463, but I'm not sure which minor version you're using so it will be important to include that.

After tracing from the crash information you provided (thank you for including that), I believe you're experiencing a problem with loading your cache.
Please make a copy of cache/byond.rsc in your user data directory (you can find that by going to Preferences | Advanced in the pager) and zip it up, then send the zip file to me at LummoxJR@aol.com. After that, clear your cache--you can do that via the pager or just by deleting all the files in the cache directory--and let me know if that works. | |
Transient issue. Could not be confirmed with byond.rsc file provided by user, but was resolved by user clearing cache. The crash may have been resolved by a minor fix in build 463.1064.
