2) Start BYOND.

Expected Results:
For it to just show up normally.
Actual Results:
It shows up with a white BackGround.
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? - Every time.
In other games? - N/A
In other user accounts? - Yes
On other computers? - If they're running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit, I would assume so.
When does the problem NOT occur?
Never.
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?
I had 462, and it even occurred on that.
Workarounds:
None that I know of.

Your image link doesn't work, so I'm not exactly sure what this is referring to. if it is still happening in the latest BYOND, please repost with more information.

They may be talking about how if you bring the pager up over various applications (including youtube videos) parts of the pager will whiteout, but I can't really tell.

Thanks; I get it as well. I'll take a look to see if there is any obvious means to fix this (it is a third-party control); otherwise we'll defer it as the error is pretty minor.
