Problem description:
Hi guys I'm kinda new in Byond and I have some questions.
Firstly I've finished two games and I would like to know if I can use copyrighted material such as sounds and characters.
And secondly if a game is built with Dream Maker can the developer post it anyplace he wants?
And finally how can a developer post games in Byond?
No he's not wrong using any copyrighted material is illegal, using the general idea behind the copyrighted material technically isn't but it is frowned upon.

This is wrong.
As long as you don't use FUNimation or Square Enix properties, they can appear in search listings under the tag of 'fangame' or "anime". they don't appear unless searched for.
