So the fourth year in a row my friends and I are headed to Big White ski resort in Canada for the weekend. My aunt and uncle own a really, really nice condo up there that they are generous enough to let us use free of charge! Big White is my all-time favorite place to snowboard-- it's really amazing.
I haven't yet had a chance to snowboard this year, so I'm really looking forward to it. Hopefully I won't be too rusty!

Four years ago I crashed while jumping and messed up up my knee. I needed surgery about a month later, which sucked.
Big White has an awesome snowboard park with lots of jumps and all of that which I can never resist spending time on. I'm sure that my fingers will be okay, but my back and my ego might need to recover afterwards. | |

It's not, actually. :P That was the gist of it.
My dad wanted to show us the church he visited when he was younger. Up on a mountain, and most of the path had worn away. If I recall correctly, I stepped on some loose rocks and slipped onto my bum. Looking down below me I could see the jagged side (as all mountains are required to be jagged for storytelling purposes) and beach below. I stayed indoors for the rest of my vacation. | |
