This shows a Wizard, a Barbarian, a Druid and a Pyromancer engaged in battle. On the previous turn, the Pyromancer used his 'Fire Wall' action, which created the row of flames just above him.
For the upcoming turn, the pyromancer has already selected three of his actions, indicated by the images displayed at the top of the screen, and by the three numbered circles on the board which show his intended location and direction after each of those actions has resolved. The '4' and '5' at the top of the screen are just placeholders to remind people how many actions they are allowed per turn.
The tree was created by the Druid, and will remain until something or someone damages it.
