Most competent people would just be able to use the recipes and press ESC in-game for the built-in macros. When you log in the game supplies you with both via;

Falcon lazorz logs in
Press Escape for quick-help.

A tutorial explaining what to do ,step-by-step, would probably be incredibly helpful for beginners because you start off in the world with an axe and have no idea how to even equip it. I don't exactly know how that felt because I had people telling me how to play but I could try my hand at one; It wouldn't be particularly good mind you, but I could try.
