Typically you need to email a zip of the actual DMB/RSC. That's the only way he can know what you had done exactly at the time you submitted it.

My entry.
I just made it in about 10 minutes. It is a very emotional tale about a frog on a quest to save the world from the Nexus.  Possibly even more emotional than Yut Put's. Don't play this in front of your girlfriend or she will think you're a little crybaby wuss when she sees the tears rolling down your face.
