Anyway, I'll wait for Oasis's response and remove the things that might break copyrights. Things that I would be able to give up easily would be the commands and the diamonds. A bit of recolouring might be done to the coat as well.

The Disney logo actually is three circles in that pattern, so yes, that has to be removed.

A- No, only coats that have hoods, buttons and strings in the same places an proportions as the Org XIII coats, likes yours.

B- No, this command system is unique to the Kingdom Hearts series. Including the colors of the menu items and the selections. Now, if you used completely different icons for it, I would be all for it.

C- Square Enix* and I guess you've NEVER seen a Kingdom Hearts game. All the abilities use the three diamond icon.

I'm not saying your game is unoriginal, just the graphics are. Change those around. Otherwise if you were to win the contest Disney and Square Enix would be able to sue you for copyright infringement because you'd be making personal profit from their intellectual properties.

Disney has done it before with images that look far different from the original, these are near duplicates.

Besides that, I doubt he did all the in-game work himself, he likely got the source of the old project and is attempting to build off of that, which is a huge no-no since we're supposed to start from scratch (except for icons/libraries).
