19% (8)I'm in a curious mood at this hour of the morning. And I'm wondering just what kind of game I'm going to contribute to this guild, as it seems fitting I should do so.
At the moment, I'm going to vote for Board game, because my favourite casual game of all time happens to be XO - Five in a row, which is just beautiful in it's simplicity. I really should start playing that again more often. IIRC, Gazoot and Nadrew were the only two players who were able to successfully best me the majority of the time. Which stands to reason, as both had a hand in porting the game to BYOND. That could make an interesting competition down the line. Whoever gets the most consecutive wins in an XO game wins a membership. Maybe in the near future, if anyone is interested.
So what about you guys, what games to you prefer, and, as a tack on question, what is your favourite game in BYOND Casual at the moment?

Card games are always entertaining and pretty easy to understand (ex: UNO)

I like UNO and other card games, so I'd have to say Card Games. :)

Board GAmes and TAbletops.

Board Games can keep my attention for hours on end. But Card Games are good too.

Puzzle games that pit you against an opponent, like Columns or Puzzle Quest.

Puzzle games - minigames like the puzzles in all of the zelda games would be fun.
Note, not the game itself, just it's puzzles in their most basic concept. | |

I love all types....except cookie cutters of the same thing.

I choose other, I prefer something casual that will still keep you interested, such as Feval. It has good competition along with the casual feel.
