Geldonyetich Design Process

That said, I'm still working on things, albeit distracted by Mass Effect 2 at the moment. If I end up dropping my calculus class (something I've been putting some serious thought into) I may have more time to work out this mental knot.
Change Lair to Liar in two places.
Improved version up :P I created this using an online spreadsheet maker and I didn't want to register to save it, so (outside of leaving the window up) I actually have to recreate the graph to make corrections.

In the improved version, I left the arrow off of the "yes" from "Is it too complicated" by accident... but actually, that makes sense from a comedic standpoint.
heh... fun.

Should "Is It Too Shallow" be "Is it too simple?"

"Is it Too complicated" should have a pointer to Yes

SHould "A complicated game is a deep game" be "Make it more complicated".
Bah - version A actually had those very words, but I changed my mind. Well, by popular demand, I'll make a version C with those original words again. :P
You need a node off of "Lets Make a Game" that has "Knowingly proceed with miserable existence" and a "Hell no!!! What a horrible idea!".

"Yes" goes on to "Keep it simple, stupid" while "No" points to: "Go enjoy a happy care free life.".

ts
Good advice, but I'll keep things simple ;)

Hopefully version C will suffice, otherwise I could build a far easier chart that goes:

Lets Make A Game -> This Doesn't Seem To Be Working -> Here's A Thought, Maybe You're Just a General Screwup Who Requires 4 Tries To Make A Simple Flowchart -> Give Up
Wow, all these comments make the previous versions seem much more funny.

Either way, my method of designing a game a game is much different. Perhaps I'll follow your approach and make one of these.
Heh, really to be more accurate this chart doesn't so much represent my design process as it is does the common rut I get caught in. But I called it such to be funny ;P
My design process is superior in that it saves time and allows for much more efficient production.

Let's Make a Game ---> No, screw you.

Lather, rinse, repeat.
