Been working hard all day to make the Guilds CSS look nice, what do you think?
On another note, i have revised the requirements for acceptance into the guild.
1. All Applications must fall into two category's, Byond Utility's or Stand Alone applications.
2. All programs must have a "Helpful" help file.
3. All Stand Alone programs must include a "Created with BYOND" statement somewhere in the program via splash screen or about option.
4. All applications must be a in a usable state. Programs that are not complete in a semi-working state will not be listed, but accepted.
About BYOND Utility's
BYOND Utility's is a section of BYOND Applications that still retain ties to the BYOND through having to have BYOND installed to use it. This may include such things as F_People by Flick or a P2P program that manages uploads via keys. This section really depends on the programs purpose.
Also i'm gonna throw out some ideas of out there for possible applications.
1. Html color code generator, my sister asked for something like this so she can find colors to use on her myspace.
2. A Calculator, i know byond is not the best language for such but its worth a shot.
3. A alarm clock program
4. Music Player, i know byond's playable formats are limited but nonetheless a good idea.
That is just some random ideas.
Also if you are developing in Applications please let me know and keep me posted on there development.
Thanks

Your CSS is broken. Try changing your resolution.
|
Dang, What is it doing, i cant change my resolution(All i have is a netbook). Not mention im really not good css.
|
You don't have it set to used a fixed width. Its stretching beyond the background.
Try setting the .page width to 820px or so. |
Yes that's better. But you still have a good 100 pixels on either side, so you could spread it out a little more.
